Does Cuffz ship outside Malaysia?
Currently, Cuffz ships nationwide within Malaysia. For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp at +6012 988 7141 or email ask@hhmetta.com and we will arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.
How long does delivery take within Malaysia?
Standard delivery within Peninsular Malaysia takes 2–4 business days. East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) typically takes 4–7 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over RM150.
What is Cuffz's return policy?
Cuffz accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom engraved items are final sale. Contact ask@hhmetta.com for return requests.

Does Cuffz offer custom engraving on cufflinks?
Yes, Cuffz offers custom engraving services on selected cufflinks. You can add personalised messages, names, or dates. Contact Cuffz via WhatsApp at +6012 988 7141 or email ask@hhmetta.com to arrange engraving.
Where can Cuffz engrave on a cufflink?
Laser engraving on selected existing cufflinks is available on the face only. Side engraving requires a fully custom cufflink made during production and is subject to design review.
Can I provide my own font or artwork for engraving?
Yes. For a standard font, please send us the exact font name. For a custom design or layout, an editable Photoshop source file is preferred. PDFs can be sent for review, but they may not be usable directly by the engraving software, so we may request another file format.
Can Cuffz engrave tie clips?
Engraving is available on selected tie clips. There is no fixed character limit, but longer text will need to be engraved in a smaller size. Basic Microsoft fonts are available. Please contact us to confirm whether your chosen design is suitable.
What is the difference between custom engraving and fully custom cufflinks?
Custom engraving adds names, dates, messages, or logos to selected existing cufflink designs. Fully custom cufflinks are created from your own logo, monogram, character, or shape using a custom mould.
What custom cufflink designs can Cuffz produce?
We can produce company logos, monograms, Chinese characters, custom shapes, and other bespoke designs, subject to design feasibility. Please send us a clear reference image or design brief for review.
How much do fully custom cufflinks cost?
A one-time mould fee of RM450 to RM550 applies, depending on the design complexity. The cufflinks are RM129.90 per pair.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You may order from just one pair.
How long does production take?
Production normally takes 2 to 3 weeks after the design is confirmed and full payment is received.
How do I place an order?
Send your design brief or reference image via WhatsApp at +6012 988 7141 or email ask@hhmetta.com. We will review the design, confirm the mould cost and quantity, and provide the final quotation before production.
Do I need to pay the mould fee again when reordering?
No. The mould fee is a one-time charge. Reorders using the same design are charged only at the cufflink price.
Can I buy online and self-collect my order?
Yes. Online orders can be collected from our Ara Damansara warehouse after we confirm that the order is ready. The standard collection window is 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Please confirm the pickup details before visiting.
Can I customise cufflinks at a physical Cuffz store?
No. Cufflink customisation is not available at our physical counters. Please contact our online customer service team to arrange customisation or engraving.
What types of cufflinks does Cuffz sell?
Cuffz carries a wide range of cufflinks including silver, gold, rose gold, and gunmetal finishes. Styles range from classic round and square designs to novelty, gemstone, and enamel cufflinks. We also offer button covers as a cufflink alternative for regular shirts.
Is every Cuffz product available at every store?
No. Product ranges and stock vary between locations. Please check our store locator and contact us to confirm availability before visiting. Blazers are available at selected physical stores.
How do I choose the right cufflink size?
Standard cufflinks are around 15–20mm in diameter, which suits most French cuff shirts. For a subtle look, choose smaller designs (12–15mm). For a statement piece, go for 20–25mm. Visit our sizing guide or try them in-store at any Cuffz location.
Can I wear cufflinks with a regular shirt?
Traditional cufflinks require French cuff (double cuff) shirts. However, Cuffz also offers button covers, which clip over existing buttons on any regular shirt, giving you the cufflink look without needing French cuffs.
Does Cuffz offer corporate gift customisation?
