Currently, Cuffz ships nationwide within Malaysia. For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp at +6012 988 7141 or email ask@hhmetta.com and we will arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.
How long does delivery take within Malaysia?
Standard delivery within Peninsular Malaysia takes 2–4 business days. East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) typically takes 4–7 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over RM150.
What is Cuffz's return policy?
Cuffz accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom engraved items are final sale. Contact ask@hhmetta.com for return requests.
