Free international shipping for SEA countries for orders above RM300 (Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Philippines, Myanmar).
Standard international shipping for SEA countries (RM50) for orders below RM300.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OTHERS)
Free international shipping for orders above RM500.
Standard international shipping (RM200) for orders below RM500.
When will I get my order?
For Malaysian orders, the delivery time would take approximately 3-4 working days. An additional 1-2 working days is required for deliveries to East Malaysia or rural addresses.
For Southeast Asian orders, the delivery time would take approximately 3-5 working days.
For other International orders, the shipping time would take approximately 8-10 working days and may go up to 20 business days. When international orders shipped reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays.
All orders received after 3pm shall be processed on the next business day.
For orders within Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak included), we engage the services from Airpak/ Nationwide Express, NinjaVan and Gdex.
For international orders, either SF Express, NinjaVan or DHL Express will be engaged.
We aim to ship out your order within 1-3 working days, from the date payment has been verified.
You will be notified of the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
